Processing time begins after payment has been successfully authorized and your order has been reviewed and approved for fulfillment.

Processing times do not include weekends, federal holidays, or periods of increased order volume, including but not limited to promotional events, sales, product launches, or holiday shopping periods.

While Beaubella's Boutique strives to process orders as quickly as possible, processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has completed processing, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. Products:
Approximately 2–7 business days

Overseas Products:
Approximately 5–10 business days

Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Holidays;
  • Supply chain interruptions;
  • Transportation delays;
  • Natural disasters; or
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

Beaubella's Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Beaubella's Boutique is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or customer error.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may require additional time after shipment before becoming active within the carrier's system.

14. Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Beaubella's Boutique is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after carrier acceptance;
  • Stolen after confirmed delivery;
  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer; or
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and follow the carrier's claim procedures.

Beaubella's Boutique will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment concerns but cannot guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

15. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Items

At Beaubella's Boutique, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Due to inventory management requirements and vendor return policies, our return timeframe is limited and must follow the requirements outlined below.

By placing an order with Beaubella's Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy before completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return services are currently available only for orders shipped to customers located within the United States.

At this time, Beaubella's Boutique does not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn and unused;
  • Be unwashed;
  • Include all original tags;
  • Be returned in the original clear garment packaging with SKU label intact;
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving all items in the order.

The first day of the return window begins on the date the shipping carrier tracking information shows the package as Delivered.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return timeframe begins on the delivery date of the final package received.

After a return request has been submitted, approved returns must be shipped back to Beaubella's Boutique within seven (7) days of the return request submission date. Return instructions will be provided with return approval.

Returns received outside of the required timeframe may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped due to an error by Beaubella's Boutique; or
  • The item arrived damaged.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to use a shipping method with tracking information. Beaubella's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments during transit back to us.

Return Processing

Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date Beaubella's Boutique receives your returned package to inspect and process your return.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email regarding the status of your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy may be:

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Exchanges
